Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating has provided professional sales, service and installation for residential and commercial needs in Montgomery, Grimes, Liberty, Harris and Galveston counties (in the state of Texas) since 1988. State licensed, trained and certified they are authorized dealers for American Standard, Carrier, Bryant and an “A Plus” dealer for Amana. Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating is a full service air conditioning and heating company honoring all warranties and servicing all brands. They also hold factory trained dealer certificates.

Their current specials include Energy Saver recommendations, air balancing, attic insulation, insulated attic tents for stairwells, and high energy efficiency air conditioning systems with 14, 16 and 18 SEER ratings.

 
IQAir: What made you decide to become an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) specialist?
PM: I saw a need for the IQAir product line to be introduced in my field for the benefit of my customers as well as to separate my company from its competitors. We are the most unhealthy generation, facing environmental challenges that no other generation has dealt with before. Therefore, we are helping to improve the quality of life, one household at a time with IQAir products.

IQAir: What service does your company provide?
PM: Quality customer service, we're committed to excellence, sales and service for all HVAC makes and models, we specialize in indoor air quality and indoor air balancing, insulation services, polyurethane foam, cellulose foam cotton backed ductwork - a green product with no fiberglass.

IQAir: How did you first find out about IQAir?
PM: A customer contacted me inquiring about a Perfect 16. I wasn't aware of the product at the time. I contacted the corporate office to obtain information for my customer and to find out how I could become a dealer.

IQAir: What made you decide to work with IQAir?
PM: After investigating the information I received from IQAir for my customer, it sparked my interest. After comparing the IQAir with Accuclean and Aprilaire 5000, I was astonished at the rate of decline of efficiency in comparison with the IQAir. This was also a product that wasn't readily available in my area.

IQAir: What do you see as the biggest problems with other air purifier systems that are heavily marketed to consumers?
PM: They market products and make claims that, in reality, do not perform as led to believe. I feel the majority of them are misleading our customers. Those products fail to achieve the effectiveness they claim. Whereas the IQAir, after multiple installations has yet to fail my customers.

IQAir: What do you love best about IQAir?
PM: It achieves exactly what it says it will. It is a benefit for my company and my customers.

IQAir: Do you have an IQAir system in your own house?
PM: I have a stand-alone system in my son's room due to his severe allergies. It has dramatically improved the air quality in his room as well as his breathing capabilities resulting in better health.

IQAir: What's your favorite IQAir success story?
PM: We installed two IQAir Perfect 16 systems for a leukemia patient who could not return home until his doctor approved the air quality of his home. After the installation, the particle count reduced dramatically and the patient was released by his doctor to return home.

IQAir: Do you have any tips for other Installers on doing the very best installation?
PM:

  1. Never say you cannot do something.
  2. Always have all of your materials and tools required to perform your job with quality and pride in your workmanship.
  3. Clean up after your jobs, never leave behind any mess.
  4. Be clean and presentable and always be honest, with integrity.

Recently, Paul and his crew worked on a very special project with IQAir. He personally went to the home of John and Monica Kubena, one of our very first "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" families to check and service the family's IQAir air cleaning system. Thanks Paul!
